What is mIRC?
mIRC is a program where you can go to chat. They have chatrooms for just about anything you want to talk about. To get it, go here.

What is a Fserve, Locator and FTP?
On mIRC, you can have something called a FServe or FServ. (This means file serve. This is where people can have other people get copies of whatever is on their hard drive. In this case it is mp3s. Locators are used for searching mp3s. In a channel you type for example: @Locator DMX. Then people who are using a locator will automatically send you a msg of what search results they have. Then you copy and paste what you found into the channel you are in. Another thing is FTPs or File Transfer Protocol. You will need a FTP program to use this way of getting things. People usually give you the location, login, pass, and port. They also have rules like no hammering. This means don't repeatedly try to login the FTP site if you can't get on. (This useally happens when the limit of people are on the site.)

How can I serve out mp3s?
In order to serve out mp3s, you need a script or bot. Make sure the script you have lets you have File Servers or Locators. (The best choices for serving mp3s.)

How do I become a AOP?
In order to become an AOP you must follow all of the rules set and you must be serving mp3s. You may get AOPed by me or a SOP. You must still follow the rules no matter who AOPs you.

How do I become a SOP?
You can only become a SOP by me. You will only become a SOP if you have been and AOP. You must always follow the rules and watch the channel. You can also asign people to be AOP. So choose wisely and follow the rules.
